Cancellations & Refunds

You can unsubscribe by downgrading or canceling your plan at any time. Your refund will be processed within 5–7 days after cancellation. You may also contact us at our email ID for any issues.

Effective Date of Downgrade/Cancellation

Your downgrade or cancellation will be effective at the end of the prepaid period (when the year or month expires). Gretxp does not issue refunds for contracts canceled before the contracted period ends.
